I’m Dr. April Watts (call me April), a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and supervisor. I work with highly sensitive people like you to help you embrace your sensitivity and see it for the gift it is. I also specialize in anxiety, trauma, intuitive eating, and perinatal mental health. My Approach
First and foremost, I prioritize a non-judgmental, empathic relationship with you—one that feels real (because it will be). I am down to earth and honest, yet gentle and compassionate. We will work together to establish goals, a plan, and a pace that works for you. I often use mindfulness techniques and I’m trained in eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help with anything that feels “stuck”.
You can do this alone, but you don’t have to anymore.
Together we will reconnect you to your true self and help you feel aligned again.
